Ordering & Payment
Will I receive order confirmation? Plus

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact the customer support email at hello@bydrterryann.co.za.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Plus

Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot make sure the modifications are possible, we will do our best to assist you.

Why was my payment declined? Plus

Payment failures may occur due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or security settings. Try using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time for my order? Plus

Order handling time is 1–2 business days. Transit time is 1-2 business days. Total delivery time is 2–4 business days.

Can I track my order? Plus

Yes! Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived? Plus

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team at hello@bydrterryann.co.za and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Return & Refund
What is your return policy? Plus

We offer a 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product? Plus

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@bydrterryann.co.za with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

When will I receive my refund? Plus

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
