How to Use +

Adults and children 14 years and older: take 2 to 6 tablets three times daily as needed. Do not exceed 18 tablets per day. Swallow whole, or chew the tablets and drink a glass of water to wash down any residue. Take Charco Tabs at least 2 hours before or after other medication or supplements because activated charcoal may interfere with absorption.

Charco Tabs are an activated charcoal supplement designed for short-term digestive support when gas, bloating or digestive discomfort strikes. The activated charcoal works locally in the gastrointestinal tract and is not absorbed into the bloodstream.
Each tablet provides 125 mg activated charcoal. Charco Tabs are available in 50-tablet and 120-tablet packs and are taken as needed rather than as a fixed daily supplement. Their compact format makes them practical for home, work and travel.
